What are the shipping options?

We send parcels using a courier service.

How long does it take for the shipment to be delivered?

After payment of the order, we hand over the shipment to the carrier the next working day.

Delivery time depends on the carrier.

What happens after completing the order on the e-shop?

We will prepare your order and send it as soon as we receive payment.

We try to have in stock the current status of the goods in the e-shop, in any case, if any goods are not in stock, we will inform you immediately by email, or we will agree on an alternative solution with you.

What should I do if I receive damaged goods or goods that I did not order?

First of all, ALWAYS carefully check the shipment when you receive it from the carrier - if it is damaged, it must be claimed immediately directly with the carrier - later claims are not taken into account.

Can I register and purchase goods in person?

Yes, customers can purchase the goods in person at our shops and can also order them for personal collection at the point of sale.
